Hi, I'm Jenn!*
I studied Human Biology at UC Irvine, drawn to the idea of caring for people. Four years in hospitals taught me that compassion often lives in the small moments such as offering food, sitting beside someone, or helping them leave safely. Those moments shaped how I understand people and the systems meant to support them.

Over time, I became curious not just about care itself, but about the experiences surrounding it such as the forms, tools, and processes that either eased stress or created it. That curiosity led me to design, where I could still care for people, but through listening, questioning, and building experiences that feel intuitive and kind.

Since then, I’ve designed internal tools at Wayfair, refreshed websites for e-commerce and nonprofit teams, run usability studies for GitHub, and now work at Tixr rethinking design system components used across web and native. I also completed my master’s in Human Centered Design & Engineering at the University of Washington.

Outside of design, I recharge through gaming, anime, cooking and baking, and discovering new food spots with friends.
